Terms and Conditions

The Uniform Conditions for Catering (UVH) ([Download]) apply to all agreements/reservations we enter into. The UVH are binding for everyone who uses our services. In addition, the following house rules apply. In the rules below, you will find the most important house rules that apply within Bliss Hotel. We ask you to respect and accept these rules.


Security Cameras

For your safety and ours, security cameras have been installed. If you visit a hospitality venue where video cameras are installed, you agree that recordings will be made. In exceptional circumstances, these recordings may be shown as supporting material to the police and justice.


Hotel Property

You may not take any property of the hotel outside. This includes leftover food and drinks. Those who cause damage are responsible for its repair or replacement.


Guest Belongings

The hotel cannot be held liable for lost clothing or other belongings.


Lost and Found

If you find an item in the hotel that apparently belongs to another visitor, you must hand it in to one of our employees. The person who collects a lost item must be able to identify themselves.


Drugs and Hallucinogenic Substances

It is prohibited to use hard drugs, soft drugs, or pills in the hotel. This also applies to the use of whipped cream canisters and nitrous oxide cartridges. Our staff may ask you to cooperate with a check. If you refuse or are caught using or possessing substances, you will be removed and the police will be called.


Unwanted Intimacies, Racism, Discrimination, and Aggression

Unwanted intimacies, racism, and discrimination, as well as aggression towards staff and visitors of the hotel, are not tolerated. Anyone who behaves annoying or offensive inside or outside the hospitality venue will be denied access. In the case of threats, assault, or other forms of aggression, a report will always be made.


Trade in Goods

It is prohibited to trade goods in or around the business and/or to be guilty of dealing in stolen goods.


Weapons

It is not allowed to carry weapons. In case of violation, the police will be informed.


Use of Toilets

The toilets are intended for individual use only. Staying for other reasons is not permitted.


First Aid

There is a first aid kit available in this hotel, and first aid can be provided.


Complaints

Do you have a complaint? Please report it directly to the management. Do this immediately, as your right to complain expires at a later time. We are available 24 hours a day via Hologram and are happy to assist you.


Registration

All guests must register at Hologram upon arrival of their stay or when visiting a room with a valid ID.


Emergency Exits

It is prohibited to use emergency exits as regular entrances and exits.


Smoking

The entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the outdoor terraces. It is not permitted to use a super smoker, vape, e-cigarette, or similar cigarette substitutes inside the hotel.


Penalties for Violations

  • Smoking in a hotel room results in a fine of €250 cleaning costs.

  • If the fire alarm is activated by smoking in the room, automatic removal from the hotel follows.


Safety Measures

Disabling and/or misusing our fire or safety measures will automatically lead to removal from the hotel. This does not give any right to a refund of the room price or any paid deposit.


Alcoholic Beverages and Cigarettes

If we believe you have consumed too much alcohol, the right to consume alcoholic beverages may be refused.

  • Alcoholic beverages and cigarettes are not provided to persons under 18 years of age.


Loss, Damage, Injury

Hotel Ryder is not liable for loss of and/or damage to guests' property. The hotel is also not liable for injury to persons.


Stay

We kindly ask you to consider other guests throughout your stay and not to cause any nuisance to both guests and neighbors.


Minor Guests and Overnight Stays

Persons under 18 years who want to stay overnight in the hotel must have written consent from both parents. Without this consent or physical presence, we cannot check you in.


Emergencies or Disturbances

In case of an emergency or disturbance, you must always call +31 73 720 01 55 from your room.

  • In emergencies, you should follow the staff's instructions in the interest of your safety.

  • In a life-threatening emergency, you call 112.


Pets

Pets are not allowed in the hotel. However, pets are welcome in outdoor areas, such as the terrace.


Quiet Hours

From 23:00 hours, it should be quiet in the hotel.
